Privacy Policy
Last updated: 26 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Gojee (operated by BLUE RIDGE GLOBAL PTY LIMITED, T/A Gojee, ACN 169 186 289) ("Gojee", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, discloses and protects your personal information when you use the Gojee application and website. By using Gojee, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Information we collect
We may collect the following personal information from you:
- Name, postal address, email address, phone and fax numbers;
- Order, enquiry and transaction information;
- Communications and correspondence you send to us;
- Credit card or payment details (processed via our secure payment partners);
- Business details relevant to your use of the service, including information from connected systems such as Xero.
How we use your information
We use the personal information we collect to:
- Provide, operate and improve the Gojee service;
- Process your orders, transactions and requests;
- Respond to your enquiries and provide customer support;
- Notify you of opportunities, products or services that may be of interest to you;
- Meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
Disclosure of your information
We never sell or rent your personal information. We only share your personal information with the business partners and service providers who help us deliver the Gojee service to you, and only to the extent necessary to provide that service. We may also disclose information where required or permitted by law.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure. Information is stored using industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest.
Accessing, updating and removing your information
You may request access to, correction of, or removal of the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us using the details below. We will respond to your request within a reasonable period.
Analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics, including Google Analytics Advertising features, to understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's opt-out browser add-on.
Google user data
If you choose to connect your Google account to Gojee, this section describes exactly what Google user data Gojee accesses, how it is used, stored, shared and how you can revoke access. This integration is entirely optional.
What we access
When you connect a Google account, Gojee requests the following:
- Your email address and basic profile — to identify the Google account you have connected (the
openid,userinfo.emailanduserinfo.profilescopes). - Permission to send email on your behalf — to send messages such as quotes, invoices and job documents from your own Gmail address when you ask it to (the
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.sendscope).
Gojee does not read, search, download, modify, delete or otherwise access any existing messages, drafts, labels or other content in your mailbox. We do not request access to your inbox.
How we use it
The gmail.send permission is used solely to deliver emails that you
initiate from within Gojee — for example, sending a quote or invoice to a
customer. We do not use this access for advertising, profiling, or any purpose
other than sending the messages you request.
How it is stored
The authorisation tokens that allow Gojee to send on your behalf are stored encrypted at rest and protected in transit using TLS. We retain them only for as long as your Google account remains connected and your Gojee account is active. When you disconnect the integration or close your account, the associated tokens are deleted.
How it is shared
Google user data accessed through this integration is not sold, rented or transferred to any third party, except as necessary to provide the sending functionality (for example, our infrastructure providers acting on our behalf), to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition in which case it remains subject to this policy.
How to revoke access and delete your data
You can withdraw Gojee's access to your Google account at any time:
- Disconnect the integration from within your Gojee account settings; or
- Remove Gojee from your Google Account permissions.
Revoking access immediately stops Gojee from sending on your behalf and triggers deletion of the stored authorisation tokens. To request deletion of other personal information, contact us using the details below.
Gojee's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Microsoft account data
If you choose to connect a Microsoft account (such as Outlook.com or Microsoft 365) to Gojee, this section describes what Microsoft account data Gojee accesses through the Microsoft Graph API, how it is used, stored, shared and how you can revoke access. This integration is entirely optional.
What we access
When you connect a Microsoft account, Gojee requests the following:
- Your email address and basic profile — to identify the account you have connected (the
openid,email,profileandUser.Readscopes). - Permission to send mail as you — to send messages such as quotes, invoices and job documents from your own Outlook or Microsoft 365 address when you ask it to (the
Mail.Sendscope). - Maintaining the connection — so you do not have to sign in again every time Gojee sends on your behalf (the
offline_accessscope).
Gojee does not read, search, download, modify, delete or otherwise access any existing messages, drafts, folders or other content in your mailbox. We do not request access to your inbox.
How we use it
The Mail.Send permission is used solely to deliver emails that you
initiate from within Gojee — for example, sending a quote or invoice to a
customer. We do not use this access for advertising, profiling, or any purpose
other than sending the messages you request.
How it is stored

How to revoke access and delete your data
You can withdraw Gojee's access to your Microsoft account at any time:
- Disconnect the integration from within your Gojee account settings; or
